While the hotel boasts stunning views and several enjoyable amenities, my overall experience was marred by a disorganized service and an unusually high deposit requirement. The mix of friendly and unhelpful staff made my stay a bit frustrating at times, but the beautiful pools and fantastic dining options redeemed some aspects of my visit.
