easy access clean room generator backup food quality
The hotel location is great with easy access to the beach. The room was clean and I liked the atmosphere. There was greenery everywhere. The location is near a mall.
The electricity went out multiple times with no generator backup. This left me without AC so the room got uncomfortably warm. I also noticed some areas around the premises had a strong smell. The restaurant food quality did not impress me.

poor ventilation small fitness room
The ventilation in the beautiful room did not function properly , even after repair. this caused the floor to become damp. to temporarily solve this issue , i had to set the air conditioning to 18 degrees celsius. this led to me catching a cold the following day. the fitness room is also too small . It feels uncomfortable with more than two people inside.

inconsistent temperature bathroom cleanliness
the breakfast buffet was acceptable with adequate choices.
The air conditioning system failed to maintain a consistent temperature in the room. it fluctuated erratically, resulting in discomfort throughout the night. furthermore. The bathroom cleanliness was substandard. I found several strands of hair in the shower and around the sink, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

I really enjoyed the Premier Room Garden View! Daily towel changes and thorough room cleaning really stood out. I found a set of firm and soft pillows a big plus. The hotel staff are very cute and warm, which I appreciated so much.
The bathtub could be cleaner.

Breakfast is average. coffee is good! The hotel restaurant's à la carte menu presents flavorful steaks. I loved the restaurant's alfresco dining booth seats and found it a popular spot, and I agree it is amazing too.

great location friendly staff old furniture leaking shower
The location was fantastic. It was just across from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the environment was nice.
The facilities are old. All the furniture needs maintenance. There were not enough chargers, and the shower leaked constantly. I saw cockroaches in the toilet multiple times during my one night stay.
