The resort has unlimited access to the Natural Hot Spring and thermal pools, including two outdoor pools and a hot spring bath. poor staff attitude expensive taxi
The breakfast buffet WAS okay and included fresh-pressed juices.
The staff's attitude needs improvement. The receptionist even took several calls from other guests. The hotel charged an exorbitant amount for a short taxi ride to Saturnia (it cost sixty euros).

italian cuisine valet service friendly staff
The resort features a restaurant by the pool that serves great italian cuisine. Valet service is available and they recharged the battery of my ev car. I found the staff very friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
The aroma from the thermal springs was a little strong at times.

The breakfast offered many options, including a fresh juice bar. A chef prepared fresh produce for me. This attention to detail was superb.
I noticed the wifi was not very reliable in both the rooms and common areas.
