wonderful mountain retreat

My stay included complimentary body treatments booked before arrival. the hotel tried to charge me at checkout! it required emails to correct this. the general manager was very friendly. i loved the bike rentals and the excellent spa services. The saunas were lovely. the breakfast buffet offered very good variety.

I found the layout confusing. A main elevator plus a second elevator was needed to reach my room. it involved going up and down two different sets of elevators.

I appreciated the sauna and spa services a lot! The bike and hiking gear rentals made exploring simple. Breakfast buffet offered excellent variety, so there was always something new to try. I was offered complimentary body treatments! and the general manager was really friendly.

The layout of this hotel felt confusing initially. It uses a main elevator and a second elevator to reach the room.
