Water Park & Pools

The hotel has a water park called Chaac Water Park with slides and a children's play area. It also offers two outdoor swimming pools, both heated, one of which is open all year and has a shallow end suitable for kids. Pool/beach towels and sun loungers are provided.

Rooms

All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Many rooms offer a balcony with ocean views. The hotel completed its last renovation in 2024.
