I stayed at this resort to enjoy some time off. I found the resort was well kept with lush grounds. The beach was wide, and it offered great swimming conditions, so I got to do that every day. Food options are plentiful and tasted good.

The gym felt cramped. It seemed unsafe with equipment too close together.

The electric train was nice. It goes around the hotel 24/7..

The hot water situation was AWFUL. Four rooms had no hot water for three days. Maintenance didn't show up. The elderly ladies had toilet problems. It was like you get green bands if you book through a third party. Staff treats you differently because of that.
