The staff were attentive. They ensured i felt cared for. the grounds feature lush greenery. It was like a peaceful escape. the steak house offered very nice dining. I savored every bite. i enjoyed the planned activities.

I am very grateful for the attentive staff I encounter. The beach location is fantastic I noticed. The grounds were beautiful I think. I find the room was comfortable and well-kept I observe.
The process to make restaurant reservations was difficult I find.

The front desk staff was always ready to assist with requests I appreciate it. Housekeeping services ensured a clean room daily I observe. The concierge helped me book excursions very easily I see.

I found that the complex had lots of vegetation. the grounds were super clean and staff cleaned them during the day. the beach had long chairs, with a mix of shade and sun. We loved the view, but the palm trees added the perfect touch.
the music by the pool was a little too loud at times.

the beach was clean. seaweed was collected each morning, acceptable.
my room smelled musty, then i got moved to a room way far away. transportation they offer never worked and me had to walk in rain to dinner many times. water cut off plenty times in the mornings.
