the bar staff was fantastic leonel and carlos at the margaritas pool bar were constantly trying to please guests they worked hard all day. the hotel seemed great the staff was attentive and the location felt perfect. i am thankful to everyone involved for the stay.

i spent six nights at the resort the infrastructure showed its age i stayed in the presidential suite. there was yelling and the sound of walkies plus phones and clattering all day. the sliding doors did not work completely right i think they need adjustment

the pools and bars were quite nice. we enjoyed the beach and having the bar there.

we booked this holiday expecting an adults-only hotel. the hotel requires you dine at the sister family hotel next door for evening meals. the dining experience was far from relaxing, it was like a loud, chaotic school canteen. service was poor as we rarely received drinks with our meals without chasing staff and often waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged.
