The room was quite spacious and had a cozy balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a decent spread.
I found the handling of personal information unprofessional. I was asked to send photos of my credit card over WhatsApp, which I believe is a security risk. The price seemed to fluctuate significantly and felt overpriced for the experience. The gym was in poor condition with bugs, mosquitoes, and minimal equipment.

My room was a Beautiful Double Room Balcony. I appreciated the modern amenities and the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel features lush green surroundings. The multi-cuisine restaurant had a cozy indoor seating area by the pool.
The gym had minimal equipment.
