Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

easy access attentive staff play area

The location provided very easy beach access. The beach was clean. I saw lifeguards on duty. The resort offered a well kept path directly to the sand. The staff was helpful and efficient (especially NokPoh at the pool bar!). They arranged a packed breakfast for our early departure at 5:30 am. They were always attentive. The resort had a cute play area perfect for families. The resort grounds were well maintained. I really liked the beverage prices.

The soundproofing wasn't great. Loud parties sometimes disturbed my sleep.

The reception staff were efficient with check-in and check-out. Housekeeping services, like Desmond, were prompt and cute. The staff ensured that room service requests were fulfilled quickly. They were always available (the staff is great!).

The resort faces the beach directly. It has a pool with a poolside bar. The rooms were clean and included air conditioning, a bed, a TV, a refrigerator, and a digital safe. A spa offered relaxing treatments.
