relaxing and well kept stay

cool drinks attentive staff clean room

the staff greeted us with cool drinks in an air-conditioned bar. the restaurant staff was attentive. the premiere pool facing room was clean and well-equipped. i appreciated that sun beds were always available, so there was no need to reserve them early.

mixed feelings about my stay

cold water expensive taxis

the hotel wasnt completely terrible but it had some problems. the hot water in the shower went cold quickly and my partner had to wait a long time. people at the pool bar stayed there for hours and i didnt use the pool. taxis from the hotel were too expensive so i used other options.

clean grounds excellent restaurants caring staff old floor room insects breakfast choice

the grounds and gardens are beautifully clean a restful sight. the restaurants are excellent i sampled all three. the staff are so conscientious and caring they really made me feel at home

the floor in my room felt quite old. i also found some insects and mosquitoes inside. there were not many choices at breakfast

Excellent Stay and Hospitality

excellent hospitality personal relation pet friendly

I have been visiting this place for years. the staff are excellent. they remember me and treat me like family (which is always nice). i appreciated that the hotel now allows pets. I brought my golden retriever, and he enjoyed the food they served twice daily. the staff really went out of their way for my dog.

The beach is walkable, but not directly through the hotel hotel. The walk is separate and can feel a bit lonely after dark.

Our club room included a balcony, but there was little privacy because you can't open the curtains fully. This limited our ability to fully use the balcony. the room otherwise had a great layout with lots of space.

the complex features well-kept vegetation, a pool, and good restaurants. the pool area had plenty of loungers. the restaurants offered a wide range of choices. the gardens are amazing and well kept.

The staff were attentive and aimed to. there were gala evenings, live music, and daily entertainment. i found the staff to be excellent. They are all so friendly and helpful.
