a really good stay

we were greeted at the airport by a hotel representative. he escorted us to a private lounge, it had a wonderful breakfast and a beautiful view. after a short time, we boarded a seaplane to the island. upon arrival, shaily, our host, extended a warm welcome, provided a thorough resort tour, and remained available throughout our visit.

i found the app difficult to use , and the printed map was not easy to read. this made navigating and accessing resort information slightly inconvenient. i think it is important to be aware.

The aqua restaurant was AMAZING!!! ahmed surprised us with a lovely celebration for our cotton anniversary. His kindness stood out. the restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood dishes. All were delicious. the room we were given for our celebration had a amazing view. Everything was clean and spacious.

The Ocean Villa Horizon with Jacuzzi was spacious and super clean. The lagoon right in front of our villa was perfect for snorkeling, though it was a bit rocky.

The host never checked in on us. I requested a pen and paper for my child when it was raining. It did not arrive after two follow ups. The cake requested for my son's birthday at one of the restaurants never came. (I was very frustrated.)

I was annoyed by a couple of things. The minibar wasn't refilled daily, and I had to call several times. Also the beach towels were often unavailable at the pool area, this caused an inconvenience. I expected a higher level of service for a resort of this standard.

the villa provided direct beach access , and the outdoor shower was a luxurious touch. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean and well-stocked. the staff anticipated my needs. i especially liked having multiple dining options, each with unique menus and ambiances. i found the quality of food consistently high across all restaurants.

the wifi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the resort , but it didn't significantly impact my stay.
