comfortable rooms and nice amenities

this hotel features some amenities i enjoyed. my room was spacious, and very clean. it included nice products in the bathroom. the design was lovely, i liked the mini bar.
one problem I faced was the checkin delay. i had to wait in the lobby almost two hours after the increased checkin time, its not ideal.

the resort has a pool and sauna . there are also four restaurants providing traditional and international dishes. parking valet and concierge service exist for convenience during a stay here.

the breakfast had a lot of choices. the coffee was also good (i especially liked the cappuccino!).
i asked for cleaned glasses in the room, but i was told to wash them myself. the cleaning was not thorough on the first day, because there was no vacuuming.

The staff acted professional. They keep the rooms clean. The breakfast service features a great variety of options. The hotel includes very nice facilities such a pool. I did enjoy the big pool. The rooms appear well-designed. The beds are very comfy.

The hotel has MANY green spaces around it. Parking is available, but you may need to use the nearby parking if the main lot is full. The view of the mountains ARE great.

The staff IS attentive. Loredana at reception was very helpful. The concierge service IS good. The valet parking seems organized, yet I parked myself because there were no staff.

Breakfast IS varied. There ARE themed evenings with entertainment. There ARE four restaurants, they offer traditional and international cuisine. The coffee IS tasty at breakfast.

The hotel offers a SPA center. I did use a big indoor pool. There ARE also ski equipment rentals. ski instructors. The hotel features Alpin Magic Land FOR the kids.
