This place has everything, including peace and beauty. It is in a great spot with easy access to many places. I found free wifi with netflix a welcome bonus. The breakfast was fantastic and brought to my room always on time.

I noticed a strong odor of damp in the villa. One bath towel had a bleach stain. The complimentary dressing gown also had a large coffee stain on its sleeve.

The hotel enjoys an ideal location, an easy stroll to the center. There are front and back entrances, a helpful detail for arrivals. The back entrance is preferable if you arrive by car, it avoids steep stairs.

The premier sunset villa private pool was spacious. The bathroom was large and clean with good amenities. There was a beautiful repellent spray available in the room, i used it frequently.

The staff provided amazing customer service. They were attentive but not intrusive. The staff were always happy to help with a smile, a very attentive manner.

I found the hotel to have some significant drawbacks. the absence of a full restaurant and spa was disappointing. the hotel only offered delivery from a sister restaurant with a limited menu. This was not communicated clearly before arrival. the pool bar was never staffed. It detracted from the overall experience.

The staff was super friendly, always ready to help with anything i needed. the location was fantastic. I could easily walk to many shops! and restaurants. my room was fine with a comfortable bed and a really quiet atmosphere at night. the pool was lovely for cooling down after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning was a little old. It was hard to adjust the temperature precisely!
