the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle into the town center (a great perk). pool service was excellent, and all meals were well prepared. they arranged breakfast before posted hours because i had an early tour scheduled.

the staff was helpful. i enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. our spacious room had rice terrace views, a comfortable king bed, and clean facilities. the hospitality from the staff.

i noticed the lighting in the bathroom could improve slightly.
