The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety, and it was a peaceful experience. The pools were secluded, and cleanliness was a priority (i greatly respect this dedication to hygiene!). Everything felt very inviting.
The gym had tired equipment, a bit disappointing. I also found that there was no outside area attached to my room. It wasn't a HUGE problem, but it was still notable.

The absence of an outdoor area connected to the room was a significant drawback. The gym equipment was worn and some pieces were actually broken. Breakfast quality was quite average. It lacked variety and flavour.
