fantastic stay in a jungle retreat!

I really enjoyed the free shuttle service. It ran every two hours. the pool area was nice and clean!!! the staff was very helpful in arranging transport. i thought the bungalow was great value.

the lighting in the room could be improved. i think better lighting would enhance the overall experience.

serene jungle getaway

natural setting friendly staff amazing backdrop

i really liked the setting of the hotel. it reminded me of a proper escape from the town. the staff were friendly and arranged a scooter for me at a fair price. the pool had an amazing backdrop with cliffs and lush jungle views

the rooms did not have a telephone for easy contact. i needed to use a messaging app which was not very responsive at times. sometimes it took over 15 minutes to get a reply when i needed assistance

my room had a fan which was sufficient for the weather. i found toiletries and two water bottles in the room when i arrived. the bed was large and quite firm a common feature in thailand i heard.

the shuttle service to the main beach ran every two hours. it was useful for getting into town easily. the staff helped me book excursions to nearby islands as well as transportation to the airport.

bungalows are spacious. they are also clean. i liked the comfort level. it is away from ao nang bustle. the walk is super easy. parrots live here.
