My room featured a private garden with a dip pool. the staff offered a warm welcome, and nothing seemed too difficult for them. The location was convenient. it was close enough to the central area allowing easy access. But still, on the edge overlooking the forest.

the staff knew my name, a lovely personal touch, and were always attentive to any needs i had. the a la carte breakfast was delicious and offered many choices (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the hotel also arranged trips with excellent drivers. i found the special night jasmine planted throughout the resort particularly good, releasing an amazing fragrance at night.
the fridge in my room was smaller than i expected, but it wasn't a major issue.

The location was pretty good. It was a short walk to many places.
The service at the reception desk wasn't great. They seemed to want to charge extra for everything, which i didn't like. the fridge in my room was small for the size of the room. also, the pool needed some cleaning. The grouting looked dirty and old.

I found the reception service UNHELPFUL. They seemed to add extra charges for everything. The fridge in my room was tiny. It barely held anything. I could smell a bad odour from the bathrooms ALL the time.
