My allocated villa had a private pool, wonderful! The staff were helpful. They were attentive when I needed assistance. The area's proximity to shops proved convenient, though it maintained a quiet atmosphere.

The towels and face cloths were occasionally not replaced after the room was cleaned, though the cleaning was otherwise thorough.

The hotel had a very good ambiance. It was so bali! the restaurant served very delicious food! i requested a birthday decoration and they responded above my expectations, it was a lovely surprise! the staff was helpful. The welcome drink was refreshing.

The hotel had some minor signs of wear. It needs some small updates, but it did not affect the overall experience.

the rooms were super cozy and had everything i needed. the bed was super comfortable , waking up to the gorgeous view of the gardens was perfect. the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing , with a beautiful pool. the staff were friendly and always had a smile.

i stayed in a duplex studio. it had two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also included. the breakfast featured delicious local dishes, all were fresh.

The hotel is a bit far from local shops. Walking is difficult.
