Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff

The staff provided excellent service during my four-night stay. Vicalex from reception was very cute and helpful. Roland from housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy each day. Alvin from Tides Restaurant served with dedication and care.

The hotel is situated near the airport , which takes approximately 30 minutes to reach. Nearby attractions include New Mactan Chibi Chibi and Starbucks , each about 5 minutes away by car. LG Garden Supermarket is approximately 10 minutes away.

The breakfast buffet had many food options. i especially liked the filipino dishes. They were delicious. the swimming pools also had fun activities for kids with slides. the landscaped grounds were beautiful, offering plenty of space to walk around.
the beach was small. it was not particularly appealing for snorkeling. i also noticed rust on the bathroom fixtures. the sealant around the fixtures seemed to be failing too.

The Arnis instructor taught stick fighting for an hour and a half. The hotel includes a few pools. Tropical plants offer nice views and also many activities exist. The staff were all considerate. They were all friendly too. The staff are very helpful to all the guests.
The gym closes at 10PM. The gym feels outdated.

My room had everything I wanted. Lovely bars existed. Restaurants were also on site. Comfy beds were in the room. Water activities were near the rooms.

The staff assisted us right away for check-in. The hosts greeted us with a smile. I like hospitality of the staffs. The Buko bar staff were very attentive. I appreciate their help a lot.

The hotel showed its age in certain areas. I found the room to have some signs of wear, such as stained chairs, and this impacted my overall comfort. Staff tried to upsell upon arrival with no care for my requirements. The noise from nearby rooms was also problem. It disrupted my sleep and made it hard to relax fully.
