dark bathroom deteriorated shower unit
the breakfast selection included many options that was ok.
the room had some real issues, the bathroom was dark and made it difficult to see to apply make-up. the bath dial cut my finger when i tried to use it, and the shower unit had deteriorated around the edges. not what i expect from a five star hotel.

lovely getaway
warm greeting beautiful room necessary amenities
i was greeted with such warmth and efficiency upon arrival. the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. the room was beautiful! it had all the amenities i needed for a super comfortable stay.
The beach sand had a few rocks. I wish it was smoother.

the breakfast buffet offered many tasty options. the sikwate was my absolute favorite. the restaurant staff were super attentive and always made sure i had coffee and tea.

the staff across the resort were so approachable and helpful! jeff drove us around in the golf cart and offered interesting facts about the area. the lifeguards even knew how to take amazing pictures with my dslr camera.

the pool was massive and pristine. the gym has modern equipment, and i could keep up with my fitness goals. the grounds were well kept with an infinity pool, overlooking the beach.

amazing experience
warm greeting polite staff
The staff greeted us warmly when we arrived at 1 am. they sent a cake with a 'welcome to crimson' message to our room. It was a lovely touch. the bathroom was big and even included a tv. the staff is friendly and courteous.
one of the resort vans nearly side-swiped our car on a narrow stretch close to the airport road! the driver sped, and the careless maneuvering was completely uncalled for. i hope the drivers will be more mindful on the road.

The resort is approximately a 20-minute drive from mactan-cebu international airport. It makes arrival and departure very convenient. there are shopping centers and local restaurants within a short taxi ride. the area is generally accessible with well-kept roads.

beach house unique room great service
I loved the overall vibes here. The rooms look like a beach house. it makes it unique, especially compared to a building type hotel. the staff are really the highlight, and the other reviews about the staff did not disappoint. the service was better than i expected.
I received countless emails leading up to check-in. It reminded me of a bother.

The room had good air conditioning. the tv had multiple english channels. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night, and the blackout curtains ensured darkness, though the pillows were small.

the resort features multiple pools, including an infinity pool and a kids pool. a big play area for kids, crimzone, is a little further away. the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the city.

the hotel is close to the airport , made transfers easy. it's also near some shops, though a taxi ride is necessary for larger supermarkets. the area felt safe, and i had no concerns walking around.
