authentic thai experience

friendly staff decent shower

the staff were helpful and very friendly. my bungalow was super clean with a decent shower. breakfast was included and it had something for everyone (the fruit selection was excellent!). i booked through tui and now i am on my way to karon beach.

the room doors did not fit properly. there were gaps around which let in mosquitoes.

the hotel is near nangthong beach and offers a spa. the spa experience felt relaxing and the setting was nice. i also noted the availability of taxi service and a free shuttle.

breakfast included a wide selection, very good. there are three on-site restaurants to choose from. thai food and european options are available (i tried both and enjoyed the thai dishes especially).

the staff were well-trained and very attentive to my needs. their english skills were proficient making communication easy. i found them helpful with arranging local transportation and providing recommendations.

the traditional thai style bungalow was spacious the bed was very comfortable the bathroom included a little outdoor garden with an outdoor shower the grounds were beautiful with water features and lily pad flowers around the hotel the breakfast had a good choice of food

dirty reception poor equipment

the staff was attentive and made me feel welcome.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star one. upon arrival, i saw a dirty reception area. the rooms are large but not well-equipped. Plus, there were several insects.

I appreciated the staff. They were SOOO kind and attentive. The front desk team including Bee, Yaya, and Eva were always helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful.
