wonderful stay
adult pool clean beach helpful staff
the hotel boasts several pools, one designated for adults and another for children. these pools provide ample space for relaxation and recreation. i was able to access the beach easily for morning swims. the staff demonstrated a high level of courtesy and helpfulness. our room was kept very super clean and cozy.
the check-in process was a bit slow.

The palms coffee shop personnel provided sweet and courteous service. Ruella, bilicon, bhupal, and mridul gave us fantastic service. i found the staff consistently addressed requests promptly and efficiently. the team went out of their way to meet our expectations.

The resort has separate swimming pools for adults and children. the water slide is a fun experience for kids. The kids club keeps children occupied throughout the day. i observed the presence of a fitness center with several cardio machines.

the breakfast included a dosa and sambar option. the coffee shop provides a pleasant environment. i sampled the food. the restaurant offers a diverse range of cuisines with a focus on traditional goan fare.

the family room easily accommodates a family with children. rooms feature a balcony. air conditioning functions effectively. i noted that the rooms are kept very clean and well kept by the housekeeping staff each day.

OH my gosh, this place ROCKS. I stayed in a SUPERIOR beautiful room. The room included a minibar AND a safe. I was so happy to find free toiletries in the bathroom. Housekeeping visited twice daily and did a great job.

The on-site restaurant included both buffet and à la carte options. BREAKFAST had a wide selection of Indian and international dishes. Service was prompt and friendly.

Staff members at the front desk offered assistance with luggage storage and transportation arrangements. The concierge service helped arrange local tours and provided helpful information about nearby attractions. EVERYONE was friendly and accommodating.

delicious pasta flavorful steak excellent service small space average lunch crab filled beach
the pasta was delicious and full of authentic italian flavor. the steak was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful. aliya and hanumanta gave excellent service, they were attentive and kind.
the bathroom was clean, but it was a very small space. lunch and dinner were average, though breakfast was good. i found the beach filled with crabs and shells.

towel animals tidy room ocean view long check-in
my room was always kept clean and tidy. i really liked the towel animals that pratik made everyday. nirjhar managed the housekeeping team very well.
the ocean facing room i booked barely showed the ocean. i paid extra money for this specific view. also, it took a long time to check in and it was very hot in the passage.
