frosted windowstreet noise

the room had a frosted window. this meant there was no view, just light filtering in. it felt a bit closed in. also, the noise from the street was noticeable. opening the window for fresh air only amplified it. it was not ideal for a relaxing stay..

The location was quite convenient. It gave easy access to both the beach and hastings street. The staff were friendly and promptly addressed requests for extra towels. Large bottles of toiletries were provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all replenished .

The pool was disappointing. The glazing was not clean. The spa was not hot enough. it barely produced bubbles. My room faced the road, this was a small window that opened onto a hallway, I couldn't open it.
