The staff provided excellent service. They were always kind and ready to assist. The room was beautifully presented with a thoughtful welcome gift. We also enjoyed stepping straight from our room to the beach!!!

Dinners were expertly prepared with a different theme each night. It was a true 5-star experience. The half-board option was excellent, and we loved the diverse offerings. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the south island. Dolphin tours leave from a nearby spot, only five minutes away. It offered convenient access to various attractions. It was very accessible.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (I appreciated these small luxuries). The breakfast was great with various options. The gym has 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. I appreciated the locationwith fine sunset views.
