friendly staff beach security nearby pool
the staff were very friendly and professional. i felt safe with security along the beaches, a great addition. there was a pool close to my suite, perfect for a quick dip.
the policy of wearing trousers to the bar in the evening felt awkward and unnecessary for a tropical destination.

The food choices were excellent with great variety. I found something new to try each day. themed buffets in the main restaurants offered delicious options, and the quality of food was always very good.

My room felt big and comfortable, especially after a long day. It was also very clean. the spacious bathroom had everything needed from shampoo to slippers, i lacked nothing. twice-daily cleaning service kept everything fresh.

the grounds are massive and green, everywhere has views of the mountain. the location at the foot of the mountain gives a very relaxing environment. many pools are available to choose from across the resort. it is perfect.

the staff were great too ensure my comfort. friendly staff are very attentive and want you to feel special. the team seemed to think of every detail. i even received a box of macarons upon arrival in my room.

the resort boasts the best location with close proximity to the mountain, so close and beautiful. the beach is long with enough sunbeds for everyone. it is also great that facilities at the neighboring resort are available to use.

i visited the spa. i had a massage and felt very relaxed. the breakfast buffet included many food options such as eggs, fruit and cereal.

An Earthly Paradise, Truly
diverse dining complimentary activities long beach sister resort
The hotel provided an excellent experience. I enjoyed the ease of access to the sister resort, Paradis. I also liked the availability of diverse dining options. The resort featured complimentary activities, like snorkeling, giving added value. The long beach offered ample space for relaxation, not feeling crowded.
I noticed that some areas of the hotel appear to be showing their age. Some maintenance seems necessary.
