The hotel has a great location close to the airport. The place is very clean. The food was varied and tasted good. The staff are friendly and were willing to help with anything I needed.

The room was located above the karaoke area. This was not ideal for a relaxing stay after a flight cancellation. The decor is old fashioned.

Check-in was quick. The staff prepared a special meal for my daughter after lunch, because she needed to take her medicine. I appreciated this gesture. The beach allows easy access to snorkeling and water activities that were part of my stay..

i found the location quite convenient, being only fifteen minutes from the airport. the coral gardens were easily accessible from the beach.. snorkeling was amazing.

The hotel is somewhat dated. the bathroom setup was strange. It felt very open. the lack of ac in communal areas made it stifling.

the staff was friendly and provided helpful service. the cleaning service was consistent, replacing towels daily. i found the international cuisine diverse with indian, chinese, and italian themed nights. two bottles of water were provided in the room each day.

i noticed moisture in the room. i saw water drops from the ceiling and moisture affected the bed sheets. the lack of a closed door between the toilet area and the room was also a minor inconvenience.

the buffet provided diverse options, though the food leaned heavily toward meat dishes. i observed limited vegetable choices, primarily just salad. birds flew freely through the dining area and pigeons were around the bread station.
