Very nice Rainforest Oasis!

The staff was amazing. Everyone was always kind, smiling, and very helpful. The shuttle bus service ran perfectly on time. It made getting around so easy. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Our room was always cleaned with great care and looked super clean.
I found my villa to be a bit dark, even when all the lights were switched on.

The hotel's proximity to untouched rainforest meant that each day we awoke to the sounds of birds and the river flowing below, awesome. It felt private and tranquil!

I stayed in a villa that featured a lovely view over the jungle valley, which gave a total sense of immersion. It had beautiful, traditional Balinese design. I loved it. The villa felt very comfortable.

The beautiful open air restaurant offered very good food. I particularly enjoyed the bebek goreng! Breakfast was a good three-course experience, I also loved the coffee, tea and fresh juice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that.
The private pool lacked a heating system, the water was cold. I could not use it comfortably. The lack of heating was disappointing.
