the staff was kind. they knew my name within a day. they showed a willingness to assist with anything i needed.
the room had a noticeable odor. room fresheners were not available despite my request. i found this aspect disappointing.

the staff were helpful. the pool was nice. i really enjoyed the massage, especially the rock cave session. the yoga hall was a real treat.
the location, while beautiful, isn't accessible directly by car. during rainy periods, this become a problem.

the staff displayed politeness.
my villa seemed overpriced. the wood walls allowed excessive noise from outside, such as frogs. the gym required a ten-minute motorcycle ride away from the premises.
