The room design in my studio was very sleek yet practical. i loved the cocktail-making kit provided. It included mixers, limes, and local spirits, along with some tasty snacks. the pools were also attractive. breakfast was served poolside, a nice touch.

the room included an ice chest and that was very practical. the hotel offered several bars and restaurants. i found a beach club and a gym also on the premises.

I appreciated the cocktail-making setup in the room. Mixers and local spirits were available. A selection of snacks added to the cute experience. The pools are lovely. Breakfast can be served poolside, very nice.

lovely moments by the sea
amazing standard genuine kindness meticulously designed room friendly bartender
the service reached a amazing standard the staff demonstrated warmth and genuine kindness the grounds were kept immaculate the pool and restaurants offered top notch service i felt pampered the room was meticulously designed blending art with function i particularly enjoyed the in room bartender and cocktail experience gangga the bartender was very friendly i hope to return soon the hotel deserves recognition as a top hotel
i found that the wifi connectivity was somewhat unreliable this was a minor inconvenience otherwise everything was really good i did not allow it to overshadow the overall positive experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had funky little touches. The aesthetic was 10/10. I found the bed to be the comfiest i have ever stayed in (i almost did not want to leave it!).
I wasn't told the hotel would be a building site. Cleaners were still in our room hours after we asked to have it cleaned.

the location was good restaurants are within walking distance
the hotel seemed worn out it needed an upgrade our balcony was grubby and uncleaned i had expected a different level of presentation and service for the price of the family suite the experience was very disappointing

the room had cocktail ingredients and tools for mixing drinks. i found some tasty snacks were also provided as a welcome gift. the pools looked inviting, and i noted breakfast service by the pool.
