a mixed experience
high temperature unresolved problem
the air conditioning was a significant issue. i reported the gym's high temperature of 25 degrees celsius to the receptionist twice, but the problem persisted. despite assurances that workers would fix the broken air conditioner, it remained unresolved even after i complained through the official app.

a nice experience
attentive staff maintained grounds relaxing beachfront
the staff always had a smile. the resort grounds were well kept. beachfront access created a relaxing atmosphere. i greatly appreciated the attentiveness. the Executive Lounge provided delicious foods.
Some lounge chairs lacked adequate padding. This slightly detracted from comfort. but the experience was very positive.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse options. the Executive Lounge impressed me with its food variety including soup, fried chicken, roasted vegetables, fresh juices, and desserts. It was very enjoyable.

stephan at the front desk facilitated early check-in. staff members were friendly and professional. the cleaning person, santika, maintained the room well and also provided extra service.

The room i stayed in had an ocean view. the room cleaning quality was consistently high. Santika did an excellent job. i found that attention to detail greatly enhanced my stay.

beautiful landscaping amazing views friendly staff wide variety
The hotel grounds feature beautiful landscaping and cleanliness! I found many amazing views throughout the hotel. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and lifts provided easy access between floors. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I recommend.
I observed that some beach loungers lacked sufficient spacing!

great selection ample space really good hospitality
breakfast included a great selection of food from different cuisines. the rooms provided ample space for relaxation. the staff demonstrated really good hospitality throughout my visit. the restaurants presented a good variety of food options, appealing to different tastes.
the internet connection experienced occasional drops, which slightly impacted my ability to stay connected.

the room had a king-size bed and a clear view of the lagoon. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks was also available. the room featured a private balcony with comfortable seating, a good space to relax.
