high temperatureunresolved problem
the air conditioning was a significant issue. i reported the gym's high temperature of 25 degrees celsius to the receptionist twice, but the problem persisted. despite assurances that workers would fix the broken air conditioner, it remained unresolved even after i complained through the official app.

the staff always had a smile. the resort grounds were well-kept. beachfront access created a relaxing atmosphere. i greatly appreciated the attentiveness. the Executive Lounge provided delicious foods.
Some lounge chairs lacked adequate padding. This slightly detracted from comfort. but the experience was very positive.

stephan at the front desk facilitated early check-in. staff members were friendly and professional. the cleaning person, santika, maintained the room well and also provided extra service.

The hotel grounds feature beautiful landscaping and cleanliness! I found many amazing views throughout the hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I recommend.
