I appreciated the quick check-in experience that juan provided. he offered waters and ensured i felt welcomed. danielle's yoga instructions were clear and calming. I eased back into yoga without discomfort. sandro created a fun splash pong activity for the kids. It was a novel experience by the pool.

the loud air conditioning was really disruptive and made it harder to sleep well.

The king room included comfortable pillows and linens. I did notice a slight scent though. bathroom amenities were stocked, but somewhat limited. the bed was big and comfortable. It promoted restful sleep after a long day.
