really good kindness immaculate room great quality beautiful landscaping

The staff exhibited really good kindness, Always smiling and ready to assist. I was impressed. Our housekeeper kept our room clean as new and well-stocked with amenities. The meals were of great quality, offering an awesome range of options at each restaurant. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful landscaping all around.

The room's air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. It disrupted the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. This required adjustment to find a setting that balanced cooling effectiveness with minimal noise. it was a MINOR inconvenience, everything else was perfect!

The resort features a large pool area with many loungers and umbrellas, ensuring enough space . There is also a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. A dedicated kids' club provides supervised activities for children aged 4-12.

clean hotel amazing staff really good food wet floor inadequate apology late arrival

the hotel was very clean. the staff were amazing, cute. they couldn't do enough for you. the food in every one of the restaurants was really good.

i arrived late at night. the floors were soaking wet. i turned up the ac hoping that that would dry them, but it didn't. i told the front desk in the morning that i had slipped on the wet floors at night and they smiled and offered their apologies though that was inadequate.
