broken elevator limited choices
The room was certainly large enough for what I needed it for plus a rooftop pool exists.
The elevator was down for a significant portion of my stay so taking the stairs became my cardio for the week I also found the breakfast options very limited with few choices beyond bread. The lack of variety grew tiresome.

Acceptable stay. Problems noted
bad channel quality broken elevator
The breakfast was very basic. Just breads and boiled eggs. I paid extra for it. I probably should have skipped it. The TV channel quality was pretty bad. It seemed like something from the days when antennas were normal. one elevator was not working. This made it hard to get around.

Spacious Suite and Handy Location

The suite offered ample space. It suited our needs perfectly. The location was very convenient to various attractions! though the parking was expensive. I could drop my bags early and leave my car in the carpark. The staff, especially at the front desk, were helpful.
The elevators experienced some issues. There were long wait times, particularly during peak hours. It affected the overall experience slightly.

Breakfast included standard fare. This comprised mainly of cereals and pastries. Coffee and juice were available, however hot water was not always replenished promptly. It was disappointing. The rooftop bar provided fine views. This added to the dining atmosphere.

The suite featured a king-size bed. This ensured comfortable sleep. There was ample room for storing suitcases. This kept them accessible. The bathroom included standard amenities. This met basic requirements.

convenient location free parking rooftop pool dove toiletries
the location was super convenient, especially with universal studios nearby!!! the free parking was a real bonus since i had a car. the rooftop pool provided a nice view and a refreshing escape. i definitely appreciated the complimentary dove toiletries provided.
i found that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, mainly offering toast and waffles.

the hotel is only a short distance from universal studios, about five minutes. many dining options are within walking distance. the central location helps in accessing various attractions.

the staff was really friendly and polite, answering all my questions with helpfulness. check-in and check-out were quick and easy, saving me time. carrine offered valuable information on local attractions!!!

The location was good. Many restaurants and shops are close by. universal studios was nearby, the purpose of my trip. the staff were very friendly and helpful!
