lack of cleanlinessoutdated condition
My experience was quite disappointing. the lack of cleanliness was noticeable . Only the beds seemed to be made , the bathroom lacked basic supplies like toilet paper , and i had to request shampoo and conditioner. furthermore , the promised amenities were not fully available. the outdated condition of the facilities added to my overall dissatisfaction.

Revan and Max welcomed us warmly. They upgraded our room from standard to premium because of the Silver Member Status. We were also allowed an earlier check in (this was nice). The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and Universal City Walk.
The shuttle schedule is very limited.

Olivia at the front desk provided the best experience with very friendly assistance. Solis was professional at check-in and informed me about the amenities. I was accommodated with ease and zero issues.

The rooms were clean with enough space. They offer room service once every two days (this is a detail worth noting). The rooms are clean by my standards, so I was happy.

The hotel is perfect for walking exercise. It is very close to Universal City Walk and some good restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces are available. Made the arrival smoother.
