the room was spacious and clean. the resort had beautiful gardens. the staff was attentive (i particularly appreciated the welcome drink).

the bed was quite firm, not offering much support. the shuttle bus schedule into the city was limited, with only a few departures per day.

underwhelming stay with high prices

The grounds were well kept. The greenery was very pleasant.

The language barrier became a problem. Room service had great difficulty understanding a simple order, so I felt very frustrating.

Peaceful and Luxurious Stay

My husband and I booked a stay. The spa was an absolute highlight, from the serene ambiance to the skilled therapists. Every aspect of the spa session was rejuvenating. We received a generous room upgrade, it added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The bed was firm with little support above the mattress springs. I found this quite disappointing. The bathroom lighting was spa-esque. Sometimes I wanted brighter lights.

Breakfast included a good mix of western cuisine and Asian cuisine. The external setting is fabulous. The stilted veranda overlooked a body of water.

the grounds was undeniably beautiful, and the setting create a wonderful first impression.

i found it hard to communicate with some staff because of a language barrier and i felt they tried to correct it as much as possible.

the resort was gorgeous. the pools and pathways were in a lush jungle setting. i appreciated the large bathtub in my room. it also came with bath salts, i must say.

The bed sheets felt damp like they were not dried correctly. it was very hard to communicate with some staff. overall they tried hard to correct the language barrier as much as they could. Apply, twice.

Romantic Escape in a Lush Paradise

The hotel grounds were very spacious and beautifully maintained. I enjoyed the multiple pools available. The amenities were thoughtfully placed throughout the resort (i liked the towel service near the pool). Staff members were very attentive and among the best i've encountered in a while.

The staff arranged onward car travel to another city. I received a complimentary wellness treatment because of the duration of my stay. The staff provided free laundry service of three pieces per person each day.
