EXCELLENT Stay at the Resort

friendly staff great view lovely view wonderful experience

The staff IS super friendly and always ready to help. I even got to see monkeys and sloths right on the premises. La Fragata restaurant has a lovely view. Every single person I encountered was eager to help with any request I had so that was wonderful.

The beach nearby was beautiful, but entry WAS tricky because it was very rocky. It made accessing the water a bit difficult.

The resort offers Mini golf that is perfect for families and provides entertainment for all ages. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes who want to maintain their fitness routines.

Our vista suite adults only room HAD a separate seating area with a comfortable sofa. The private balcony offered fine views of the surrounding landscape. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower that was pretty cool.

amazing wildlife encounters!

really good staff abundant wildlife clean hotel european architecture

the staff was really good! they promptly addressed every need. the grounds had abundant wildlife. i saw sloths and monkeys very close to my room. the hotel was clean, and the european style architecture was admirable.

My room had an issue with the mini-bar. It was surprisingly empty upon arrival!

mixed feelings about the stay

high prices slow fan

the food prices felt excessive. thirteen dollars for a bottle of water seemed unreasonable. i also found that the room's air conditioning wasn't working well, and the fan speed was very slow it.

Wildlife and Wonderful Service

wildlife variety kind staff happy experience

This resort featured a HUGE variety of wildlife! Monkeys played right outside my window. I saw sloths, macaws, and toucans directly on the hotel. The staff were very good too ensure our happiness, a REALLY nice touch.

The resort is a bit far from the airport. It required a shuttle to reach some beach areas.
