Jungle paradise with volcano views!

The service staff are great. They go above and beyond. Breakfast included delicious and fresh food. The staff picks you up for meals in a golf cart. This hotel stay was definitely a highlight.

I was a little disappointed that there were only two chairs and a small table in the room. We had to sit on the floor when the kids came to our room. More seating would definitely be useful.

Every room has a view of the Arenal Volcano. The balcony looked out upon an very nice rainforest. The standard room has air conditioning and is spacious. The room includes separate sinks and a shower.

The rooms were very spacious. i like the grounds. The vegetation was kept super neat. i appreciated the seclusion and the views. They was real nice.

i dont like the restaurant. the quality and the services was not that great. the breakfast wasnt ample, but juan carlos was super terrific and getted us an omelet.

i felt charmed by the lush rainforest surroundings. the pools offered both warm and regular temperature options with a swim-up bar. i observed diverse wildlife throughout the hotel, it was magical. the available food made dining easy and enjoyable without venturing into town.

the hotel's distance from town meant relying on taxis, which cost us.
