friendly staff direct access lovely location unclean bathroom dated hotel unwelcoming reception
The location was lovely overlooking the bay. It was an easy walk to the town center! The staff was very friendly and helpful . My room was spacious, a real plus, and it had a nice terrace with direct access to the pool.
The hotel seemed a bit dated, the reception area wasn't very cute, honestly. My room wasn't ready when I arrived late, disappointing. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking. I noticed hair on the floor!

underwhelming stay. some issues need attention
bathroom mold faulty fan
The room felt quite outdated. i noticed the bathroom door had some significant water damage. also. the fan in the bathroom didn't work at all? there was even a bit of mold on the tiles! the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot. It went from hot to cold frequently. it wasn't the best experience. especially considering what i paid per night

Really good Hotel Stay
poolside unit open bar amazing views
I felt lucky to secure a poolside unit. The bar was conveniently open poolside, a great feature. The views were amazing. The pool and hot spa baths were beautiful.
The elevator felt a bit scary. I worried about getting stuck, a concern.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed! It even included a handy kitchenette. The terrace provided direct access to the pool. And the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They promptly arranged for us to move to a larger suite. Daily room service kept everything tidy and the people were lovely. Though the website photos were misleading.
Location

The location overlooked the bay. It was within walking distance to the town center. The hotel's proximity to the sandy beach was a plus though the main wharf was a bit of a walk.

The hotel has a large pool on the first floor! I also enjoyed the four heated plunge pools. There is also a restaurant on this level offering great views where we had a very nice meal one evening.

pool access friendly staff tasty meal good selections
I liked the easy access to the pool directly from the first floor room. The staff was friendly. I found them cute. The evening meal at the hotel restaurant was tasty. Breakfast was included, and I found the selections quite good.

This hotel offers a handy position near the beach. Local shops and restaurants are a short walk away, about ten minutes. It is an easy walk to the ferry wharf to explore the islands.

There is a lovely large pool on the first floor for swimming. The hotel also has four heated plunge pools. Guests can find a large lounge area offering water views. Free clothes washing facilities are available.

The hotel restaurant includes a great view for enjoying meals. Breakfast had good variety. The restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and service, with friendly staff, I found it enjoyable.

The staff are friendly and helpful in every possible way, and always available. The staff work hard to keep the pools available from 9am to 10pm. They also offer cute service and great attention to detail
