Occidental Cozumel offers a Royal Level upgrade with 25 private rooms and a separate concierge desk open from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. Guests at the Royal Level receive 24-hour room service at no extra cost, a private à la carte restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and preferential reservations in all other à la carte restaurants. The Royal Level bathrooms include a whirlpool tub, and the rooms have a private whirlpool on the balcony.
