Excellent stay, minor hiccup
maintained grounds perfect service relaxing spa helpful advisor
The hotel had well maintained grounds. Breakfast had good variety. I found the team provided perfect service. Martha at the spa gave extra care to my weak shoulder. This helped me relax. I appreciate the relaxing spa treatments. Veronika always helps and gives advice. Nothing is too much trouble for her.
The gym had machines. Many did not work. This was a small issue . Otherwise, i find all facilities are in good condition.

The hotel offers a view to the sea from most locations. The structure is near the village and some beaches. A car is not essential as all facilities are accessible on foot.

I found the staff was great. The restaurant manager kindly showed me to a table. The poolside staff were amazing. The snack bar was supreme to the main restaurant.

I had a room with a balcony. My room provided sea view. My room was cleaned every day. I received new towels. I was happy with the condition of the provided facilities.

decent stay, some issues
great view bay view balcony good balcony room nice room air conditioning hot air shower cubicle small shower floor cleaning lack of cleaning
i found the location quite good. it has wonderful views over the bay from the balcony. the hotel is close to a stony beach. i appreciated the local wine and baklava in the room when i arrived.
the air conditioning unit on the balcony blew hot air. it made it very unpleasant when it was 30c. the shower cubicle was small. i noticed the floor was not cleaned once .

average stay with SOME issues
faulty machines key safe
the gym WAS quite disappointing. several machines were out of order. the hotel IS on a steep hill. walking back UP was tiring, and the safe required a key, costing 30 pounds.

limited drinks broken air conditioning
I found the pool towels were only changed every third day at the spa. That seemed excessive. many strange rules confused me and made me forget i was on vacation. you couldn't get all inclusive drinks after 11 pm. This limitation was frustrating. the air conditioning in my room stopped working one night, and i had to contact the tour operator to get it fixed. cockroachs and ants were present in the hotel and room, concerning.

I found the staff lovely in reception! A shower room was available for late flights. Pool areas are nice. The breakfast offered much choice.

hotel shop extra charges
the location was acceptable. it's a short distance to the city center.
I was very frustrated! the hotel shop is extortionate. the hotel charged guests more than non-hotel guests to use the beach. I was shocked. it was like there were extra charges for everything in this hotel, so unfair.
