The location was fantastic. A short walk led directly to the heart of fira. i found the staff to be very helpful. i appreciated the multiple pools available (at least five pools) to use. breakfast included proved to be a nice touch.

i noticed the absence of music in the pool area. it lacked atmosphere and seemed quiet.

the resort boasts at least five pools, each clean and well-kept, providing ample space for relaxation (i especially liked the pool bar). the poolside bar is very friendly and offers a wide selection of beverages and snacks throughout the day.

The hotel location is great, it is a short walk to the town center. the staff was very kind. They assisted with directions and local recommendations.

The breakfast selection was limited. There were not many fresh options. the walls in my room were thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The resort had multiple pools. There were clean areas around each of them. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center, approximately 10 minutes. The staff were always attentive and helpful.

The room lacked certain features. There was no body lotion in the room. The hairdryer was not decent. I would have liked a robe.

quick access superior room multiple pools

The location proved quite beneficial. It allowed quick access to fira and its main attractions. our superior room was clean and well-kept. i was also happy to see multiple pools around the hotel, allowing guests to spread out and relax.

Breakfast options seemed limited. A wider selection of fresh fruits would improve the dining experience significantly.

helpful staff transportation arrangements well kept grounds unclean room sink placement missing lock

i found most staff members very helpful. they assisted with dinner reservations and transportation arrangements. the hotel was well kept, and most of the staff were wonderful. the location allowed for a ten-minute walk to town.

i noticed the first room wasn't very clean. the sink was outside the bathroom in the room. the bathroom door lacked a lock, this was inconvenient.
