The location was fantastic. A short walk led directly to the heart of fira. i found the staff to be very helpful. i appreciated the multiple pools available (at least five pools) to use. breakfast included proved to be a nice touch.
i noticed the absence of music in the pool area. it lacked atmosphere and seemed quiet.
