Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities!

I loved the attentive service from all the staff! The bar had great drinks (I recommend the local cocktails). This place is amazing for families, offering something for everyone. My kids loved the water slides, and I spent most of my time enjoying the hot springs!

The soundproofing in my room wasn't great. I heard conversations from neighboring rooms and noise from outside. It impacted my sleep.

The resort provides easy access and convenient parking. It is about three miles from the town. Its grounds include extensive, well kept gardens with great opportunities to see local wildlife, which I definitely enjoyed.

my room's air conditioning unit was loud. it cycled on and off all night, and it woke me up several times. the noise made it difficult to sleep, and i felt pretty tired the next day. also, the promised volcano view was mostly obscured by trees.

I found the hotel beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. i visited the hidden trail. It features a butterfly enclosure and more.

Some pools were great. the bottom was peeling off. I found this a bit unpleasant.
