We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano and lots of fun activities like the hot springs and slides for our kids. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping us plan our outings. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and we often sought meals elsewhere in town. Overall, it's a great family-friendly location, but the food could use improvement.

Our room was spacious but lacked in luxury. It had a lovely back patio with stunning views of the volcano and surrounding nature, and we were just a short walk from the hot spring pools.
