Relaxing Hot Springs

I spent an very nice afternoon at the Los Lagos hot springs. The pools vary in temperature, which was perfect for exploring and relaxing. I loved the serene environment, especially the one with jets that helped relieve my muscle tension. I truly felt rejuvenated after hopping from one pool to another. It was a blissful experience in nature!

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

The breakfast buffet at Los Lagos Resort was an absolute highlight of my stay! I enjoyed a variety of fresh fruits, meats, delicious jams, and hot options each morning. The guanabana juice was a real treat. I loved starting my day with such a hearty and diverse selection that catered to everyone's tastes!

Fun for Families

Los Lagos Resort is a fantastic destination for families with kids. My children absolutely loved the multiple pools and water slides! Each pool had unique features and different temperatures, making it exciting for them. We spent hours enjoying splashes and slides together, making it lovely family bonding time.

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room! It was spacious and comfortable, offering a great view. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was well-equipped, although it could use a bit of updating. It provided us with all we needed for a perfect stay and was an excellent retreat after a day of activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano and lots of fun activities like the hot springs and slides for our kids. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping us plan our outings. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and we often sought meals elsewhere in town. Overall, it's a great family-friendly location, but the food could use improvement.

Our room was spacious but lacked in luxury. It had a lovely back patio with stunning views of the volcano and surrounding nature, and we were just a short walk from the hot spring pools.

The service was really attentive, and Jeison was especially helpful in booking our activities and making sure we had a good time.
