amazing stay! great

open spaces elegant design delicious food warm service

The venue offers huge open spaces with lush surroundings! the rooms were super clean and spacious. The design was elegant. the food tasted delicious and the presentation was amazing. the service was warm and courteous. I want to thank the whole team!

the steam room in the spa wasn't working . i had to wait a bit, slightly disappointing.

shaded section clean beach stone therapy

i really enjoyed the pool area. it included 20 loungers and a shaded section. the beach was clean and easily accessible from the resort. kayakalpa spa offered hot stone therapy, and the staff was gentle.

the menu at the restaurants was repetitive, especially for vegetarians.

mixed feelings about this hotel

dirty glassware missing teaspoons

i found some issues . the breakfast service at the village square was poor. i asked for a cappuccino twice but never got it. also, the glassware was dirty, and there were no teaspoons available to stir my tea (quite annoying).

I really enjoyed my time. Staff was VERY helpful. The swimming pool was amazing. I loved the private beach. Staff at the restaurant was always attentive.

the gym's equipment shows some signs of wear and tear. some treadmills need maintenance. updates would improve the experience.
