Really good Hospitality and Service

The room had fresh linen. The towels were clean. The housekeeping team was helpful. Food and beverage standards were high. Deeksha was always available. I found her keeping a close watch on all guests. I considered her an invaluable asset to the resort team. The resort is huge. It is nicely maintained. I was treated as a royal guest upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth. Mr Reagan was the manager. He personally looked after our check-in. He ensured we had the best room. Mr Sohail was very courteous. He was an assistant. He looked after our needs. The grounds were large. They were clean. The beach was long. It was clean. There was ample space for kids. They could run around. They could cycle. The swimming pool was big. The lounge bar had nice views. The sea view was excellent. Tanmay at the restaurant were pretty good. He ensured my birthday celebration was nice. He added warmth. It was a pleasant experience. I received personalized greetings. I also got a special birthday treat. The attention to detail was superb.
I observed the gym lacked clear guidance on equipment usage. Some machines looked complex without readily available instructions

The hotel has a large swimming pool suitable for adults and children. The pool area includes about twenty sun loungers plus a shaded area. There is also a fully equipped gym with three treadmills.

The restaurant staff are attentive and provide quick service. The housekeeping service ensured the room was cleaned every day by discreet staff. I found the reception staff helpful and courteous when I needed assistance.

I stayed at this location for five nights. The grounds were spacious. I noted clean lawns, a long beach and plenty of space for children. The lounge bar gave a view of the sea, sky and beach. I found it satisfactory.
The hotel seemed aged. Common areas looked dull. The main restaurant did not meet expectations and the pool seemed average. I felt it was expensive for the level of service offered.
