I loved the people! the ladies at reception greeted me with smiles on each arrival. even the guys cleaning the pool were friendly. i think the food was amazing. I ended up eating there more than in town. the free shuttle bus to the beach was so useful!
the room lighting was quite dim, but that's just a minor detail.

the long pool is perfect, and the free shuttle to alona beach is convenient (it runs regularly!). there is also an option to have a massage at the end of the pool, a plus.

the staff and owner were very accommodating. all our needs were promptly attended. the free transfer to and from the airport was a budget saver for our group. they arranged all our tours seamlessly, and it was convenient. i really appreciated that service.
The bathroom floods easily because water comes into the toilet area after a shower. I think shampoo and soap holders are needed, so items don't have to be placed on the floor.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating to all our new year's eve requests (they even helped us with decorations!). i loved that they were attentive and always smiling. It.
The pillows were a bit uncomfortable (i wish they had more support). also, the bathroom flooded a little after showers because water got into the toilet area. Some shampoo and soap holders would be helpful, too.

The pillows were just awful. The bathroom flooded after a shower with water going everywhere, a real mess. there was no place to put shampoo in the shower. The floor was the only option.

The swimming pool was clean and inviting. It was a great spot to relax during the day.
The bungalow layout was not very comfortable. There was a loft with stairs, so a two-bedroom villa would be better for a family (especially with kids). The air conditioning blew directly downward, so it was very hot upstairs in the loft area.
