The Intercontinental Bali Resort enjoys a prime location on the Jimbaran beachfront, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and featuring Balinese artifacts throughout the property. The resort boasts multiple restaurants, a mega-sized park with fountains and pools, and a gym. Though some have noticed a musty smell in some of the rooms, many find the resort offers fair prices and great value, as well as proximity to Uluwatu's surf spots, restaurants, and shops.

I loved the beachfront location. the breakfast service by suyasna was so attentive and kind. i enjoyed access to the club duplex suite. Dewi did an amazing job keeping it clean. i had wonderful conversations with laks, one of the butlers. i especially appreciated his readiness to help.

I noticed some guests reserving lounges by the pool early and not returning for hours. This seemed unfair to others.

the hotel sits on a large area of land facing the beach. walking along the beachfront offers nice views and direct access to the sand, a great feature. the setting allows for a peaceful experience.

wonderful getaway

the hotel is amazing and impeccably maintained. the rooms are spacious and beautifully reflect the bali lifestyle. breakfast was very nice with abundant choices and perfectly prepared selections. the resort staff was very friendly and always helpful. the entire staff was sincere.

i noticed the rooms need some upgrades. i could smell wet wood. it wasn't a significant issue, but it is something to consider.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. They promptly addressed my requests. resort manager christoph and the concierge team offered assistance with a smile. ed, budi and all the staff in the lounge were amazing!!!

the breakfast buffet had a large selection of items to choose from. i enjoyed meals at the sunset grill and kō restaurant. the food was AMAZING!!! master chef eric at the teppanyaki grill showed very nice cooking skills.

My room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. the room had comfortable bedding and nice decor. i had sufficient space for luggage and personal belongings. the bathroom was also super clean.

The hotel's Jimbaran Garden restaurant offers a diverse menu with very tasty food! The well-equipped gym included many machines and ample space. I found the gardens to be beautifully maintained.
