the apartment was LOVELY, spacious and it was kept clean.
the spa charged a staggering amount daily. OUR room included a hot tub however the hotel emptied it deliberately. THEY wanted to charge us a fee daily to fill it with water. The gym was poor.

The suite was huge. The large living room, large bedroom, and kitchen reminded me of three apartments combined. I appreciated that every room had access to outside areas. I also liked available parking on site. It was very convenient.
I noticed the rooms are slightly dated and in need of a revamp. The reception area didn't give me that 5-star luxury feel, though the staff was lovely. Service at the reception is not 5 stars, though.

Access to all of the Hilton pools and the gym is a great benefit. The adult-only pool area was gorgeous, and the loungers looked brand new. The 24-hour gym had amazing and brand new equipment.

i thoroughly enjoyed the large pools that offered both busier and quieter options i also appreciated the plentiful sun loungers available the breakfast was great the 3-bed apartment booked had three bathrooms and was well laid out for our group. the requested celebration decorations in the apartment made our arrival even more special.
the reception service did not always feel like a 5-star experience there were instances when the service lacked the expected level of attentiveness this aspect could certainly be improved

I found the adult-only pool area gorgeous. Extremely comfy loungers looked brand new. Daily cleaning of the apartment was a plus. The 24-hour gym had amazing and brand new equipment. I also took advantage of the free shuttle to the marina and beach with free loungers.
I found that certain restaurants listed on the website were either not open or not even there. I enquired about the tapas restaurant with reception staff, who said there is no tapas restaurant at this hotel. They did not know why it's listed.
