warm service quick responsiveness

i enjoyed the warm service from the f&b team during dinner. the front desk team was always cheerful. whenever i needed assistance, the responsiveness was quick. i noticed various design elements all over the resort.

the hotel is located on a very steep hill. it is hard to walk up.

the hotel offers several amenities for adults and children (i saw families really enjoying themselves). shuttle service is available for nearby locations, pretty useful if you don't have a car. free parking is available at the hotel too.

the hotel is close to malaga airport (it took approximately 30 minutes by car). it is also conveniently situated between two towns. uber pick-ups sometimes take a while, so factor that into your plans.

Excellent Hotel Experience

good fitness facility amazing location stylish design good breakfast

I enjoyed a very good fitness facility. It had ample equipment. I appreciated the amazing location. It provided easy reach to everything. The hotel showcased a very stylish and modern design. Breakfast was really good. The Med restaurant impressed me with good food and really good service.

I noticed not much drawers and no coat hooks in the room, so this was a slight inconvenient.

check in was smooth. staff were very helpful. the hotel is large, also its very clean. our room was very big, and the bed huge too. our balcony had a sea view, it was nice. the bath had a view of the balcony also, thats a nice touch. there were plenty of power points.

there werent much drawers. also, there was no coat hooks. one barman on the rooftop bar wasn't very nice. i was like i was an inconvenience when asking questions, it was strange. on checking out we weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay, just pay the bill and go.

the check-in process was pretty fast. the staff really knew their stuff. the hotel itself is big and clean. it also feels very luxurious. the room was large. the bed was huge. i had a nice balcony. it have a sea view. i like the bath is with a view of the balcony. the room included plenty of power points. both mains and usb are available.

not much drawers are there, i dont like it. there were no coat hooks. i think its not correct. the pool up top had very little shade. it is a mistake for sure. it looks glamorous, but it is too warm.

well trained staff clean hotel huge bed few drawers missing coat hooks unreplenished chocolate

the check-in process was quite smooth. the staff seemed knowledgeable. the hotel itself looked large and clean. the room was notably big and featured a huge bed (i liked it!).

i found a few drawbacks . there were not many drawers available in the room. i also noticed a lack of coat hooks (it was not convenient). the minibar chocolate was never replenished during my entire stay.
