The hotel provided a spacious room, perfect for relaxation. The shower offered consistent hot water, very refreshing. I found the food delicious. Every meal was a treat. The surroundings were uniquely beautiful.

I encountered issues with the bar service. Staff seemed untrained. The staff could not communicate fluently in English. This made ordering drinks complicated. I was not able to get a cocktail.

river location excellent breakfast organic juices

the room had a nice shower. i found the location near the river to be perfect. the gardens provided great views, and i enjoyed watching boats pass by. breakfast had excellent options and organic juices.

the hotel felt somewhat unfriendly upon paying the bill. i wish they had said goodbye or thank you.

faulty shower door unrepaired damage

The staff member Ali was very helpful (always with a smile). The restaurant food tasted delicious. Prices at the restaurant were reasonable.

My so-called upgraded room had issues. The shower door fell on me the first morning, however no repairs were made. I also received no offer of a room change after that incident. WiFi and power were on and off a LOT.

quiet location lush garden

I found the location quiet. It was a short walk to the town center. i loved the hotel pool. The gardens felt lush by the river.
